Taylor Swift and Def Leppard are featured on the first-ever DVD release of a CMT Crossroads episode. It will be released June 16, the same day Swift and the British rock band appear live in Nashville on the 2009 CMT Music Awards . Their CMT Crossroads collaboration on Def Leppard’s “Photograph” is nominated for performance of the year and Wide Open Country video of the year.
